Who we are
Mr. Sieker brings more than 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a primary focus on upstream oilfield services and deep expertise in Flowback and Well Testing operations.
He is the Co‑Founder of SiekerBynum Energy Services LLC (“SBES”), established in 2018 alongside business partner Justin Bynum. SBES provides flowback and well testing services, upstream drilling and completions consulting, and surface rental solutions throughout the Permian Basin. Prior to SBES, he co‑founded Revolution Energy Services LLC, a firm specializing in flowback and well test analysis, reservoir engineering support, and surface operations consulting—an experience that strengthened his entrepreneurial drive and operational insight.
Before launching his own companies, Mr. Sieker served as Senior Region Manager for Halliburton’s Testing and Subsea Product Service Line, overseeing multiple sub‑PSLs across Flowback & Surface Well Testing, GeoBalance Applications, and Data Acquisition Services throughout North America. He also held the role of Global Account Manager for ExxonMobil’s Testing & Subsea and Worldwide Unconventional Ventures, gaining extensive exposure to international markets including Eurasia and Latin America.
Earlier in his career, he worked with several mid‑ to large‑sized private OFS companies, building foundational field and early‑stage management experience in Flowback, Well Testing, Wireline/Slickline, Production Equipment Fabrication, and PVT Sampling across major U.S. unconventional basins.
Mr. Sieker holds a business degree from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and completed executive leadership development coursework through Halliburton’s sponsored program at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in College Station. He has also earned professional certificates from Columbia Business School and Rice University. He remains active in industry organizations including SPE, API, TXOGA, and PBPA.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and extended family at their ranch near Menard, Texas.
